I have been printmaking for the last twenty years.  The first time I was exposed to printmaking was in Prague, Czech R.  After graduating from Ontario College of Art and Design  I got accepted to a post-graduate illustration Program at the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague Czech R.  Little did I know that the approach to illustration in Czech R. is through printmaking.  On the first day of my studies I was lead down to the basement of the academy where all the old presses were stationed.  The setting was archaic.  I felt like I had stepped back in time.  This is where it all started; my love affair with printmaking!!!
